Functional Test & Fixture Control Systems
Accutron offers chip and board
level functional test sub-systems for a broad range
of manufacturing test applications allowing easy
integration into your test fixtures. Designed using
state of the art FPGA technology, our production
test & control solutions can test various analog
and digital functionality with the ability to upgrade
the firmware and software remotely in the field.
The firmware on our boards communicates with the
software on your PC network allowing combined control/result
analysis and archiving. Our high speed JTAG technology
form the heart of sophisticated high volume integrated
